This Club's Credit is not a Stock Certificate. If you join FIIFA you will receive the Club's Credit via Email and utilizing FIIFA identification Number.
This Credit (Not being a Stock of a Public Corporation) cannot be purchased for any amount of money. There are three ways to receive such free Credits and that is by joining FIIFA, by recruiting people to joining FIIFA and via special Promotions conducted by me. Because before you join FIIFA, you should know what FIIFA is all about. (It may not suit you?)

I created First International Independent Finders Association, known as "FIIFA" and Dalli International Marketing Inc., known as DIMI approximately four years ago.

During these four years, FIIFA has been the Exclusive Finder for DIMI.

Until recently, joining FIIFA was free, however, due to the creative positive changes that are taking place we are now charging a one time small Fee of $30.00 USD to join FIIFA. 

As you well know, nowadays we cannot purchase much with $30.00 USD, however, if we could recruit close to one Million people (This is a number that I am shooting for) and each paying the $30.00 USD FIIFA Membership Fee, I would see to it that the new Private Club would receive most of the money raised which would be approximately $30 Million USD. This money would then belong to the Club and invested on behalf of said Club.

(The above mentioned Credits are NOT for sale, no how, no way. In order to receive a Club Credit, you must first read the About FIIFA Presentation and if you agree with its content, and decide to join FIIFA, you will need to fill in the FIIFA Application and pay the $30.00 USD Membership Fee. These Credits serve to prove two different things, that the holders of such Credits, paid the FIIFA Membership fee and/or their holders belong to the Club and in fact are part owners. These Credits would eventually have a certain value and their value would be based on approximately one Million Members and based on 49% of the Club's equity. All paid FIIFA Members, will automatically belong to this new Club. (One Million FIIFA Members would own 49% of The "F" Private Club)

Let me explain further… 

This Private Club will receive income derived from FIIFA Membership Fees, Profits earned from DIMI and possibly other profits from other Investments made in the future by our Private Club!

1) A New Bank account in favor of The "F" Private Club will soon be opened. 
2) Money placed in this account would be utilized to develop the FUNTASEA Project and Invest in other profitable Projects.
3) DIMI www.dalli.com receives many Investment opportunities daily from all over the World and I will be able to choose the best Investments for the Club, once this Club is liquid, ready and able to purchase such Investments.
4) Presently, I am working on purchasing two properties, one is situated in Brazil, consisting of 3,000 acres with Water Fountains… see http://www.dalli.com/brazil/fountain.html (I hope to develop this property with a Water Bottling Company). A Lender is presently considering making a 50% loan to Value or $7.5 Million USD Loan on this Brazilian Land.

The other property is situated in Baja California, Mexico, consisting of 2,200 Acres 
of Beachfront Property, see http://www.dalli.com/mexico/baha.html.  This is where I 
hope to develop my Dream Project FUNTASEA Resort and the Aquarant. The 
Aquarant is also my creation and it is meant to be one of the Hotel's main Attractions. 
See Artist Renderings at the very top of this Presentation. A Lender is presently 
considering making a 50% loan on this property as well.

If I obtain Funding from Lenders to close both transactions, due to the huge purchase
Discounts, (Great Purchases) the Club would benefit by having approximately $31 
Million USD in Equity. (This is calculated via the value of these properties less the 
actual costs of the Properties, less the cost of the loans needed to close both purchases 
mentioned above).
These costs might lower the Real Estate equity to approximately $27 Million 
USD upon the close of escrow. 
The combined assets, Real Estate and Cash from FIIFA Recruits would equate to 
approximately $57 Million USD in equity, $30 Million in Cash from the 
Recruiting effort and $27 Million in Real Estate assets.

5) As I already stated, if as a team we are able to recruit approximately one million people, then the Private Club would have approximately $30 Million USD in cash to work with. If we were not to succeed in recruiting one million people but were able to recruit let us say half the amount, (500,000 Members) we would still succeed. The reason being that with approximately $15 Million USD in cash in the Club's Bank, many Lenders would be willing to approve the Loans that I need to close the above mentioned purchases.

Considering this second more conservative scenario, the Club's Cash position and Real Estate Assets would total to approximately $42 Million USD. (Still a good amount of Equity/Working Capital to start the Club's Investments…)

The above numbers are simply projections, if we recruit less people than stated above, it would not mean failure, as long as we recruit enough people to join FIIFA and raising enough money so as to start Investing in money making Projects, Via our Club.

It is important to note that if our Club shows Liquidity, Banks would then lend us money to acquire sound Projects based on our Club's financial strength. Everyone knows that Banks lend money to those that are financially sound.

Allow me to repeat and further explain/clarify the following:

A) If you join FIIFA, as I stated above, you would receive one Club Credit. 
B) As a new FIIFA Member you may act as a Finder or a Headhunter/recruiter or 
both. If you choose to act as a Headhunter/recruiter for FIIFA, you would receive 
a Free Credit every time you recruit a person to join FIIFA. 
C) Every person that you recruit would also receive a free Credit once he or she joins FIIFA.
D) The people that you recruit would be able to act as Headhunters/recruiters as well if they wished and benefit accordingly. (Meaning that they would also receive Credits and be able to offer Free Credits as Gifts to others that they recruit)
E) If you are going to recruit, you need to be convinced that what I am now offering you is a good opportunity. If you believe that FIIFA merits your time and money, I would suggest that you first mention FIIFA to your Family and Friends
and let them benefit as well by joining FIIFA. Afterwards, you may want to reach 
people that have large Networking Lists such as College Students, Senior 
Organizations, Churches and Clubs. Perhaps you may also solicit people that 
have huge legal Email Lists, etc. 
F) When sending Emails to those that you wish to recruit, be sure to introduce yourself and include your FIIFA I D number and simply ask them if they would like to join FIIFA and that FIIFA is now offering a Free Private Club Membership as a thank you for joining FIIFA, as stated above. 
Be sure to point to others the "About FIIFA" URL,

http://www.fiifa.com/yourgift/recruit.html.  You need to indicate that if they 
choose to join FIIFA, they will need to fill out the FIIFA Form and to include 
your name as the person that recommended FIIFA to them. Your name must 
appear on the Form in order for you to receive the Free Credit. As an 
alternative, you may also inform us in advance that you have recruited a certain 
person and that he or she would be joining FIIFA. By alerting us, you would be 
making sure to receive your earned Credit; if the person you recruited does in 
fact join FIIFA and pays the Fee. You may contact me in this regard at

6) By now you are probably wondering, what is the value of your Gift? (The value of these Credits?) You need to understand that this Club, is "Brand New"; the 
value of these Credits are presently nil, however, they will increase as the Club's 
equity increases. 

It is important to remember that I have the DIMI Advantage, I know first hand which 
properties are considered great Deals…There are times when certain Sellers are 
desperate to sell and they tell me up front that they are willing to sell at a huge 
discount…Because of this, DIMI will have a positive Role in the Club's success…

7) Should you become a FIIFA Member, all that is offered to FIIFA Members as described at the "About FIIFA" Presentation still holds!
8) You would receive the above stated Private Club's Credit.
9) Should you wish to have more Credits, you may earn extra Credits by your recruiting people to join FIIFA.
10) Once the Club develops "FUNTASEA", all FIIFA Members would be given great discounts to vacation at the FUNTASEA Resort. 
11) FIIFA Members would have an opportunity to live at the Retirement Paradise when 
they retire.
(It would be Fun to have FIIFA Members meet other FIIFA Members in a Resort environment and perhaps later on become neighbors?)
12) As indicated above, I would also love for us to own a Deluxe Ship/Casino…(That would be a huge Attraction for FUNTASEA…)
13) The Larger the FIIFA Membership, the better this would be for numerous reasons:

G) More FIIFA Members, means more finds for DIMI.
H) More FIIFA Members would mean more money in the Club's Bank; more money in the Bank means more Buying Power and Working Capital.
I) FUNTASEA would have a higher occupancy factor due to the added occupancy by FIIFA Members.
J) Higher Hotel occupancy would mean more profit to the Club.
K) More profits to the Club would increase equity to the Club, and more equity to the Club would mean stronger Purchasing Power.
