Mr. Jay Lim, Vice-President of FIIFA Shanghai
Jay
has had 8 years of experience in the real estate business in
China.
Currently, he is Chairman of Shanghai JayKay Property Management Ltd.,
a licensed property broker/agent, manager and consultant.
Prior to establishing his real estate business in Shanghai, Jay spent
3 years in the development of residential properties in
Shanghai, 10 years in managing a biotechnology business and 17
years in various management positions with 2 petroleum companies.
Jay is a qualified accountant with a masters degree in business
administration.
As Vice-President, Jay will be
available to assist Mr. Dalli, Ms. Viola Benson, Senior Vice President,
and FIIFA members in various ways including:
The training and overseeing of Chief
Administrators.
Responding to any and all questions
regarding FIIFA. (Please read
FIIFA's Presentation, "About
FIIFA" before
asking any questions to ensure they have not already been answered.)
Acting as Arbitrator between Chief
Administrators, Headhunters and Finders, if the need arises..
And most important adhering to the
plans of keeping the FIIFA Spirit, which is basically:
