3) Associate Senior Headhunter A Senior Headhunter is a Headhunter who has recruited 50 FIIFA
Associates and is now eligible to receive 20% of whatever one of his
recruits earn in Rewards. (Dalli pays this amount; it is not deducted from
the Finder's earned Rewards) A Senior Headhunter is an Independent
Contractor as well. To give you an example: Let's say that an Associate Finder you recruited earned $30,000 in Rewards, you will receive 20% of $30,000 or $6,000.00, and all you did was sign them up! (Remember you must qualify as a Senior Headhunter to receive this bonus) As you can see, this becomes a numbers game, the more people you recruit, the more money you make. It's quite simple really. Is it difficult to recruit 50 people? Not really, a good headhunter will find a way. Sure it takes time and effort, but aren't the potential earnings worth it? In terms of time and effort, Once you become a Headhunter in order to benefit from the Percentages mentioned above thanks to efforts made by your recruits, you would be expected to participate in certain Functions, i.e. certain Rewards that
DALLI offers from time to time. This means that you are expected to work along with your recruits, like explaining to them what needs to be done and answer questions that they may have, etc.…. If you intend to become a Headhunter, know in advance that it would be Similar to starting your own business and you will make as much money as you are willing to put into FIIFA. If you do not have the time or the will to take on such an active role as explained above, (That of a "Headhunter") perhaps you ought to try being a Finder instead. If you become a Headhunter and we feel that you are not doing what is expected of you, we have the right to take away your rights as a Headhunter and we would distribute the Finders that you had recruited to other Headhunters who we feel deserved them. The only FIIFA Members who could Join FIIFA
and quit as Members and still be compensated, are Finders. Once your
initials are on a find, if that item sells, you would be compensated even after you quit! (If you are in good standing, and have not been let go for wrong doing/s)
Good luck
