Finder's Fees are payable when Legal. Example: In the USA and Canada, Finder's Fees are paid on "non-federally" related residential loans, loans on residential projects exceeding 5 or more units and other "NON" residential projects. To maintain the letter of the law, ask the Broker you solicit if country regulations allow Referrals by the public and Finder's Fee? A GREAT option is to work only on the larger projects in the USA or solicit Brokers in other Countries where the laws allow an income from Referrals.
Always check with the Loan Brokers you solicit. Brokers
will work with you when permitted and ALWAYS appreciate the business! So, take advantage of every favorable opportunity to turn those relationships into successful, triumphant, long term cash flows and always announce at every occasion - your strong networking ties around the world and
